Refund/Exchange Policy


We proudly stand behind the quality of our products and want our customers to be happy. Please contact us with any issues or questions you may have. If you would like to exchange an item you purchased, you may do so within 15 days after your purchase. We handle exchanges on a case-by-case basis, and place customer satisfaction at the center of our policy decisions. For more specific information, please refer to our policy guidelines below. Because we are a small shop, we cannot offer refunds, but if you have any concerns about a product you received, please contact us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

 

 

 

Exchanges
Because we are a small shop, we cannot offer refunds on purchases. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so please contact us with any issues or questions you may have. If you would like to exchange an item you purchased, you may do so within 15 days after your purchase. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.


To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging or have the original tags still attached. If an alternative size or replacement item (for damaged items) is not available, shop credit may be issued at the discretion of the administrator.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Replacement/Return (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at heidi@littleorchardco.com and send your item to: Box 299 21105 Mondor Rd Ile des Chenes Manitoba CA R0A 0T0. If an equivalent item is not available, we will issue store credit for the amount of the damaged item.


Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a shop credit code will be emailed to you.


If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a shop credit code to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product for an exchange, you should mail your product to: Box 299 21105 Mondor Rd Ile des Chenes Manitoba CA R0A 0T0


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a shop credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Customers who exchange multiple items may be charges a restocking fee at the discretion of the administrator.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
